I have a problem with the chair that I have my husband is breaking out with a rash from it and he really wants one that rocks can you please help us out. ThanksOkay. When I get in store tomorrow. I will look and see how long it would take to get it.They were great now he has the chair he loves

Never had a problem with the team! Ally, Chris and OE are very professional and go out of their way to help you get the items you need/want.. and the movers are very polite when they come to your home or when you come into the store and they are around… PS ask for ham he’s the best!!

Every time that I go into or call EasyHome, Kirkland Lake, Chris has been so friendly and extremely helpful! He goes above and beyond to provide clients with whatever it is that they're looking for and even puts in the time to do some background research to ensure it is the best option for you! I cannot recommend Easy Home, KL and Chris enough! :)

Up until recently I felt that Easyhome Kirkland Lake was wonderful, but as of late it has gone downhill. I called the store early Friday July 23rd about an unauthorized payment withdrawl from my account and was told the Manager was out for delivery and would call me back in an hour when she returned... I waited all day and she never called(though you best believe they call immediately if a payment is ever missed. I called back around 6pm and was told I would have to wait until Monday since the manager already went home for the day..

Allison, the store manager was very sympathetic to my situation and did more then she had to to accommodate me. I recommend this store to anyone.
