I received fantastic customer service from Kendall, the store manager of the Kelowna store. He was super to deal with and very accommodating. The delivery service guys were also excellent to deal with.

We had bought two recliners earlier this year from the Kelowna location. Unfortunately one of the chairs electric cords pulled away from the motor and left the chair useless. When I called the store Kendall answered , I explained my problem and thought this we going to be a hefty bill. Kendall said they would look into and call me back that day. Well they did and said they have the part in stock and would be out to fix the chair in two days. Well in two days the chair is fixed and at no charge. The customer service was great and the technicians friendly. So refreshing these days. Great company to deal with.

Just had two couches delivered after waiting months for them. Very disappointed in the quality and workmanship of the couches. One headrest is an inch higher than the other one. The back of the couch is in sections and one side has a 3/4 inch gap across and the other side narrows down to no gap. We brought these design deficiencies to our sales person Genna Royce and she said that was normal and we could expect a slight difference from side to side. I wouldn’t call up to an inch difference normal but would call it poor workmanship. Very disappointed in the quality and the way the sales person handled our concern. Wouldn’t recommend this company.Update: after posting this review we received a call from the sales rep who offered to exchange the defective couch for another one. The exchange was drone efficiently and we’re pleased with the new couch.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Scan Design. Kendall the store manager was very helpful and accommodating and fully took care of our needs. We love the service and furniture and wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Fantastic service from the sales associate for helping us pick the perfect chair that suited my husbands needs.. The delivery team was top notch with making sure all the features were in working condition before leaving our house thank you again I would recommend this store to all my friends.

Update: Received an email from ScanDesigns advising they had just updated their website and hadn't realized they didn't configure their popup to work/show properly. Quick response from them and I see that the popup now works/shows properly. Nice to see they listen to their shoppers and took action to rectify the issue.There are a lot of really annoying web sites out there but ScanDesigns has got to be the winner. Went to their web site looking for a love seat and at least every 30 seconds a pop up comes up wanting me to enter my name and email so that I can Subcribe and Win". Had my tablet in landscape view and didn't realize there was a "Thanks
